The Branden Lombardi Foundation would like to announce their newest partnership: Flashes of Hope! Flashes of Hope is a national nonprofit organization that changes the way children with cancer see themselves through the gift of photography and raises money for pediatric cancer research. This January, we had our first photo shoot with Flashes of Hope at Cardon Children’s Medical Center.
We received the following feedback from Cardon Children’s Medical Center:
Just wanted to let you know we had our first photo shoot of the year with Flashes of Hope on Friday. The photo shoot took place in the Forever Young Zone and we have 6 families show up for the event. We were able to get two teenage boys from the inpatient unit down to the photo shoot and they ended up taking some of their pictures together, which was a lot of fun. The families were all very excited and very grateful. One of the families came all dressed up in their fancy clothes! Another little girl came in her Christmas Eve dress she was unable to wear for Christmas because she was here with us in the hospital. I am so excited for the families to get their pictures, as I am sure they are amazing. Wanted to say how grateful we are to you for bringing this wonderful organization to the families here at Cardon Children’s Medical Center. This something the families will cherish forever. Our next photo shoot is tentatively scheduled for April 27 and we would love to have you come for all or part of the photo shoot if you are available. I will get you more details as we get closer.
Thank you again for your support of Flashes of Hope and Cardon Children’s Medical Center!!!
